My five year old daughter just likes to talk

She has better interpersonal and language skills than I do. I will come home and she will sit near me ask my about work, "Did anyone ask you questions today?" Then she will tell me all about her day.

check out this post on the 5 Love Languages for more. I don't want to overstate it, but it's been maybe one of my top 3 favorite tools that come in handy for building teams (including my marriage team) and connecting with kids.
