Any twittering dads out there?

Submitted by tony on July 22, 2008 - 11:09pm.
I've been twittering for a few months now and am finally to the point that I see the value of Twitter. It's really been a great way to meet a lot of other dads in the same boat and also get the real-time scoop on good links/happenings. Any other dads out there twittering? Let us all know here... And I'd be curious to hear your experience with it as well.

Most of my following/followers are in the science/education/technology realm. Following some savvy daddies would be a welcomed change.
I've recently set up Firefox's Twitbin to view tweets. The thing I like best about twitter is the links people post. I almost always find them worth the click. I also just attended a education/technology conference and followed people's tweets in each workshop. It was very cool to partake in a Twitter conversation during the keynote talks. As I heard the perspective of the speaker, I could read, in real time, the perspective of the audience on Twitter.
