Reading, Speech & Phonics for young kids
Lots of teachers, homeschoolers, and parents use this cool phonics/speech/alphabet website that you can visit with your kids aged 3-7. No ads. Lots of free tools - for example, you can click through the alphabet with them and they can hear kids saying various letters/sounds. Lots of downloadable materials and tools to help your kids be a better reader.

One of my boys favorites.
Starfall is great resource. Not only does
it instruct in reading, but it also teaches kids ways
to navigate computers.
I have a 4 year old, and it's either Starfall,
or space videos and Seaseme Street
on Youtube and video.google.
Whatever it is,
it's bonding time with my son.
