Share Your Desktop in 60 seconds
This free tool from adobe (click on ConnectNow) has been a big productivity booster for me. I can share whatever is on my desktop with whoever I'd like. All you need is an account. From showing my older relatives across the ocean how to do something online to collaborating on website design, this is a tool that all of us may use sooner rather than later.

I've used VNC (vnc.com) to support my parents and older relatives on their PCs from the office/home. It is a great application that enables me to securely take control of their PC right before their eyes.
