If your doctor is so ignorant about intact penis and circ issues, I bet s/he is the one who is most likely responsable for your son's problems. Does this doctor ever retract (pull back) your son's foreskin at well being check ups? Foresking should never be retracted in babies and young boys by anyone (but the boy himself) and but many doctors just can't keep their hands off baby's penises causing them infections, scar tissue groth, nerve damage due to foresful premature retractions.
