If you belong to Costco, usually Costco has the "cheapest" gas...although you'll have to wait in line for about 20 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. Generally speaking, ARCO gas is cheaper than the other major brands because they don't accept credit cards (which takes 3% of most transactions). If neither of those are options in your city, then per the Yahoo article there are tons of Google mash-up sites and sites specifically designed for user entries like gasbuddy.com
