This is so very true. I am a dad that works 50+ hours every week. The bad thing about that it is on a rotating schedule. I know when my days off are going to be so I take time to read and help with home,work and the extra-curricular things that I can. I really wish that I could spend more time with them... My kids are soon to be 8 and 4, and I already look back on those days when they would just look at you and smile for no reason.
