Wow, tough question Tony. My head acknowledges that some kids are born with difficulties that would really limit their leadership opportunities, but my heart says that leadership opportunities present themselves to everyone. Maybe the reality of the situation is that as fathers we want to help our children maximize their leadership opportunities and fulfill them in an honorable manner.
