Even though I wrote most of this article, I struggled with whether leadership is really relevant for all kids (not just a subset). Sorta gets at the born vs. made debate that's always going on. At the end of the day, because of how we've defined leadership here (as influence & as bringing out the best in others, not as a position), I thought it was an important topic to get out there on the table.
