Ahh, springtime. Your daughter is growing up,
climbing in height, softening around the edges and quickly discarding the child
and baby you once knew. She is becoming a woman, and there's nothing you can do
about it. She can't be your little girl forever.
what is everyone planning for mother's day? And here's a question I
heard today on the radio - what do you get your mom and mother-in-law
(if anything)?

though our children seem in constant need of entertainment, most budgets will
not support weekly trips to Disneyland, Six
Flags, or the latest Characters on Ice show.

the wind seems to be whistling through the void in your wallet.
The
joys of owning a pet can truly be innumerable, and over time "Porter" the dog
or "Boots" the cat can become a cherished part of the family. Eventually, though, the death of that pet can
rock the emotions throughout your household.
Being the new kid on the daddy blogoblock, I decided last
night to head on over to DBR's for a drink and to meet the other dads who
somehow find the time to blog.
Oh yes, this was the weekend. The weekend of just me and my tot, me-me. Just the two of us. Mommy's at work. In-Laws and friends are tied up. Two feelings come to mind: OH what fun!!!! and OH crap!

Just curious...my two little ones are 2 1/2 and 6 months respectively and this last week alone I have been up/awake/woken up by one
one of the two of them every night this week...how/where do I find the time to REST?!?!?
